When leaving the new skin pack. Do we have to delete the old? And then copy / paste the new one?

If it isn't out yet and we can't buy it for a month then how can us that decided not to use steam earlier this year join in?

On the other points, I think at least some club races should be run first to fully test it out in the environment in which a league would run.

Personally I like the idea of running the new game as it looks like it brings more realism towards how you drive (speculative), I'm all up for that as it will level the field out quite a bit.

Still, if it's not available to all and tested then .....?

I'm excited to have AMS soon, but I think the league should be finished with GSCE. Unless it is perfect out of the box it seems risky, plus there may be one or two people that will not get it free, and some may not be able to practice during the week or on that week of the switch. Unfortunately there have already been some little issues with this series, so to switch platforms seems unwise in my view. So while I am very much looking forward to AMS I would definitely prefer staying with gsce for the remainder of the league.

I would prefer to continue with GSC, we don't even have the "1.0 version" to judge properly.

@Dan ONeill you haven't transferred your SCE install to Steam yet? Might save you 30 bucks if you do.

No not yet, I've owned it since it was GSC 2012 so I hope I'm ok

I'll do it later tonight if I remember then I'll test it on the Wednesday race.

Bugger, according to this thread you had to move to Steam before the 6th to get a free copy of AMS.

I'd still do it anyway, who knows you might get lucky.

You can retrieve a Steam key from this page.

Yes, there's an 'uninstaller RDTCC S10' in the main SCE folder.
Do that before you install the new one.
Instructions will follow with the new skin pack release.
