Cars 82-93 BMW 3 Series "E30 Experience"

I gotta say this pointless bump helped me tremendously as the first two posts on the susp emulation of the E30 swing axle which I've never read before cleared a ton of questions for me on the E31 modeling.

That said, carry on gents.
Just a few things, but;

It's a semi-trailing arm, not a swing axle. Very different things!

The E31 is also a multilink and very much so different from the E30 suspension. I don't think you will need to *drastically* divert from the measured points when converting it from ML.
I suggest leaving the CAR side points alone and working purely from the TYRE side joints to achieve the basic curves, except of course in the toe curve you often must move the entire tie rod. But they are all a little different with their own quirks, some are easy, some are a PITA, especially with vanilla physics.

Anyway, on-topic and why I came here to post; Modek has very likely quit the model and it'll not come to AC in the foreseeable future, so don't get your hopes up.

If he does decide to come back then I will gladly share my already largely realized E30 physics, of course.
