The stalwart C7R, workhorse of the Corvette racing program, has at last been replaced with the mid-engined C8R, theoretically better able to compete with the Ferraris (they even look alike), Audis, Lambos, etc., in the World Endurance Championship. Alas, there will never be an offficial Kunos C8R, so we have to make do with this prototype, ascribed to CSR2, but no way will it be 4/sec/lap faster than the old reliable C7R at the Glen. Needs some BoP adjustments. Meanwhile, 10-lap setups for each.
