AC problem with content manager on servers with steering wheel gearshift

Hello, who can tell me why when I enter servers with content managers, in particular the gt3, the change gears up = down and down = up. I re-installed steam, content manager and ac to no avail. All the other cars that I have tried in the servers are working perfectly, how do I fix the problem?
