I am so sorry. I thought ubuntu 14.04 is old ... i dont need to install the packages on ubuntu 18.04 but i was wrong.
i am a noob

it seems to work properly now. I just sit back, relax and wait to go home now. Hopefully i will have the mail with my premium package later on Donated you guys 20 € ... nice work as i said in the first posting!

Hi,
i did create a Raceweekend, but it runs not automaticaly.
After the 1. Session, the session stopped after wait time, thats all.
Any idea pleace?

Hi,

Have you used the checkbox in "Schedule Session" to get it to start after the previous session is completed? The server will still stop then restart in this situation because of limitations in AC but it should start automatically then. I'll post a picture below showing the checkbox. To be clear you need to check that box and then click the "Schedule" button.

By default Race Weekend sessions don't automatically start so you can run different sessions at different times if you want to! We tend to have qualifying sessions the day before the race, for example.

That's a practice session, is it the first session in the weekend? You can only auto start a session if it follows another session.

on the subject of stracker
If i start stracker from Manager, the URL is: http://serverip:9669/stracker/lapstat (port 9669 is the http from AC Server Manager)
The performance is then very bad and some issues:
- there're no icons

- it looks like, the stracker has no connection to the server, no session information and time

If i use the right url, the stracker seems to be running and the icons can be seen.
The url is than: http://serverip:9660/lapstat (port 9660 is port from http stracker)
- icons

- AC is running

Ok, the AC Server Manager can only operate with ONE plugin --> here stracker.
We would like to use AC Penalty Tool.
I have entered the following into the stracker setting:

The AC Penalty Tool does not get connected.

The setting in stracker.ini are:

[ACPLUGIN]
rcvPort=9665 ; from server_cfg.ini or from your database?
sendPort=9664 ; from server_cfg.ini or from your database?
proxyPluginLocalPort=-1 ; ??? why not 9666?
proxyPluginPort=-1 ; ??? why not 9667?

Is this a bug?

- the programmer from the AC Penalty Tool tells me, that we must rejoin after every session. I did not know that. We will test if this is practicable in league play.
- restart from Qualy and Race are ok, but not possible by practice
- workaround here: delete the session and create a new practice and tie it to the following session

Race Weekends require GUIDs in the entry list to work, you can't run them otherwise.

On running multiple plugins:

You can run multiple plugins with Server Manager, but it requires a plugin chain, where each plugin forwards udp messages to the next one. You should be able to use the proxy ports in Stracker to chain to AC Penalty Tool, which I'm assuming you tried to do then reached the -1 issue.

One proxy ports being -1:

This should have been fixed in 1.6.0, are you running that version?

Hi,

On track page: Just to make sure, have you scrolled down the track page to check the other layouts? It splits them up. If you have there must be an issue somewhere there and we will look into it.

on BoP: AC only accepts % values for restrictors, unfortunately we can't change that behaviour. Your best bet would be to try and calculate roughly what % restriction whatever restrictor you're trying to represent applies to the car (I'm sure somebody out there will have done this already)

Everything works fine until I try to join or find the race, loads in the browser, says the session is in progress,when I try the join through cm I get a can't load any information message and can't find the server in game.

Seems like an odd one, my first thought is port forwarding, have you forwarded the UDP/TCP ports as well as the HTTP port? Worth noting that the HTTP port needs to be different to the UDP/TCP.

If that's not it we'd need to have a look at your server/config to try to track down the problem. Probably best to contact us on Discord to go through that!

Please note, this release deprecates use of "run_on_start" in config.yml. Please read the new config.yml "plugins" section if you were using run_on_start!
Added:

• Added send chat to driver option to the admin panel on the Live Timings page.
• The UDP message receiver now detects if it has fallen behind while handling messages. If it has, it reduces the refresh rate that the Assetto Corsa Server sends messages at, so it can catch up. If you see a lot of "can't keep up!"...

Hi everyone:
I have a problem with the installation of AC server manager 1.6.1.
I installed the server following the instructions and I manage to run the program, the web interface works and the server is visible in the Assetto Corsa list but I cannot enter the server. I get the message "Unable to contact server ..."
I have open ports, in my case, 9600 TCP and UDP, 9601 TCP and UDP (for the web) and the firewall has exceptions for these ports and also for the server and assetto corsa programs.
I have installed an inverted loop adapter as I have seen somewhere and I get it to work but only on my computer, but my friends cannot enter.
Can somebody help me? Thank you
