Account Upgrade leads to PayPal 403 Forbidden page.

I'm trying to upgrade my account but both the yearly and the monthly subscription link to PayPal leads to a 403 error page.

It appears to be working for me right now, but I can see (at https://downdetector.co.uk/status/paypal/) that there seem to have been some issues with PayPal in the last hour or two.
Is the problem still occurring for you?

With a test account I get the same error on the yearly premium membership. Will investigate, thanks

I think it was a temporary Paypal error. Can you confirm it's gone now?

Just happened to me a few minutes ago - October 2.

I guess it was another temporary glitch, since you've managed to upgrade now. Not sure what's going on to cause this, but it may not have anything to do with RD...

I have contacted Paypal last Friday and it will take up to a week to receive an answer from their tech-support team. Hope to know a bit more what is causing this 403 on their page.
