Adjust AI starting Fuel

I wanted to do a accelerated group c 24 hr race in Le Mans (1hr20mins) and recognized that some AI pit way to early. After further investigation I found out that some AI drivers only had a tank thats quarter full. My question: Is there a parameter that is changeable so that the AI ist starting at least with a 3/4 full tank?
