F1 2010 AI cars don't make mistakes?

Hi,

I very rarely see AI cars making mistakes, crashing or retiring. In fact, through 12 races in season 1 there was never a race in which at least one AI car retired. Is this because of something I specified in the settings for difficulty or something along that line? Or is just the game itself like this?

It's the game itself, the AI is slow and never brakes down...

Too bad... hopefully the new versions (2011, 2012) have this kind of things fixed?
