AI for Willow Springs- Big Willow - Improved ai plus sun path adjustment

I've been waiting a long time for a version of this track to come to AC and Tyrone answered my prayers. I created a new fast lane, tightened up the side lines, and reworked the pit lane. Tested with RSS Formula Americas, RSS Formula 2 V6, and GT3's. I've also included a lighting.ini file to get the sun on a somewhat correct path (east to west).

Thanks again to Tyrone for the track and GregzOr for advice on sun setting.
