AI not moving with electric cars

So I have this really bizzare issue with AI. I recently bought all three electric cars on raceroom and tried to setup a race with them. But regardless of the track and regardless if it's Mustang, Cupra, or the I.D R the AI cars just won't move when the lights go out. Other cars work normally. Has anyone had this issue before? Or maybe it's supposed to be like that (for some reason).

AI bug still exists, It's interesting.

Apparently it's fixed internally and the fix should be rolled out with the next patch.
