Physics Altering Drive Wheels on Car

Hi!
I am trying to figure out why a single front wheel is being driven, along with the rears.

Is there a file where the setting exists. I have already checked and found the car is set to RWD in the drivetrain.ini. Other that that, I don't know where to find that file.

Any thoughts or suggestions are appreciated.
