Ambient Lighting

Is there a way to brighten the ambient lighting on tracks? Been racing on the VLM 1977/1979 tracks and it so dark that it is difficult to see, even in midday light. Or do I just need new glasses? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Track lighting is located in track gdb : you can open it with notepad.
Easy way is to copy-paste lines (all ambient lines) from a track you like (PnG3 track lighting is known to be one of the best)
Hard way is to manually edit ambient lines colors one by one (R,V,B)
Black (0,0,0)
White (255,255,255)
