AMS Shaders

So I recently downloaded Sandrox F1 2012, and its an extremely high quality mod (as you would expect of him). But obv it being an RF mod the shaders for AMS are not working. I keep hearing people talking about implementing AMS shaders, what programs do I need? And where exactly do i get the shaders from? Is it from a Reiza MAS file?
