Am i the only one who thinks the AMS2 HUD way too "skinny"?

Yes I do.
I think there is a lot to do on all the HUDS which obviously they will get done I suppose soon.

As a temp workaround you could use the HUD editor to move the penalty message box to the bottom of the screen instead of the top. That way the message will be against your generally darker cockpit, instead of the sky.

Yeah, just go to the HUD editor while in the car, left click on the big rectangle on the left (Leaderboard) and where it says "Level - OFF" change it to "Full" by clicking the word "Off".
