Any competitor to 2014?

I really like the DTM cars, and being a BMW owner in real life, I am a BMW fan. I sold my G25 wheel about a year ago when I bought a PS4. With Project Cars about to be released I am now re-considering buying a wheel and getting back into sim racing, but looking at PS4 and PC. I also play RRE, iRacing, Assetto Corsa, F1 etc and therefore need a PS4 and PC wheel. Currently looking at the Thrustmaster and Fanatec offerings but nothing much at the G25 price point, which is where my budget sits.

Anyway, a bit off topic there! As I said, I love DTM and am looking for a DTM for when I re-purchase a wheel any day now. Is the DTM 2014 expansion for RRE the best (only?) offering out there or does it have any competition from other games?

Grateful for any recommendations with good DTM racing in it!

I bought the T5 DTM mod by URD for AC but I was disappointed, doesn't compare to the experience in R3E. Not really sure why I bought it actually as I really like DTM in R3E. I guess thought I could race one of my favorite cars/series in AC, more the merrier.

The DTM's in R3E are a blast to race. I also own T5 DTM. But, since I play off-line more than on-line, I run R3E DTM because the AI is much better. Also, I haven't seen many servers with URD cars.
