Any good guides for VR graphics?

Hi guys, this is my first post here
I've been racing on VR for quite a bit with my Oculus Rift CV1 now but I've always felt like the graphics lacked a bit. I've looked around quite a bit but have never really been able to find a good guide that covers graphics settings for VR users.

Now I know this might be a bit of a hard question to answer, but has anyone got any good tips/guides that cover graphics settings specifically for VR?

I'll also list some of my settings below in case it's helpful (I'm running CSP v0.1.74 due to a visual bug with the windshield wipers in newer versions)
