argHUD - On screen display you see on TV, but for ingame

After seeing this mod deleted from the forums, and hard to find anywhere else, I thought I would upload it.

Why was the original one deleted?

The original was deleted due to some of the textures used being from a mod made by another person that was not approved by that person, so I'd recommend taking this mod down and waiting for the original author to reupload it later with their own textures (or an updated 2018 version)
