200mb LODs .... "interior_lod0.dds" texture.... and a 4k ford sierra cosworth texture included. Also the models is heavy detailled. Look like a rip mod

I think is not us to proof the mod is a rip but to the author to proof his mod is legit

I found textures from GTA4 in it... but overall it just doesn't look "good enough" for a straight rip, maybe more of a kitbash with textures and submeshes from other sources (and if we go after all of those, you can straight up delete 90% of all tracks)

Those are all payware. Wouldn't you rather use what you've been offered for free or would you prefer to just spit on them because they don't meet your personal standard of quality assurance?

I personally don't mind payware. I'd rather drive the best and most realistic option available. If that's hidden behind a paywall, then so be it.

What sort of people derrive pleasure from finding "unauthorised textures" in a mod? Maybe if you actually worked for Rockstar Games I could understand there might be some potential for enjoyment.

there's nothing wrong with posting issues with the mod, every artists deservers to be credited for their work, so if someone releases a mod where he is passing other people's work as their own, it's absolutelly fair to point that fact out

just because it's free doesn't give it justification to do things that are against RD rules
