Yep, it would be nice in a sim to not have to be the driver and the engineer the whole time.

The in game telemetry can already tell what you're doing on track so if that could be fed into an engineer to advise you that would be awesome. For example "Telemetry shows you're over steering in high speed corners, we should try this to stabilise it..." or "The track temperature is 10 degrees hotter than in qualifying so we should tweak this...".
