Automobilista on Parallels Mac?

I have run into 2 problems on trying to get Automobilista to run on Parallels Mac.
1. Coreshaders ps20_XXXX do not compile. How do you fix that?
2. Has anyone gotten AMS1 to run on Apple Silicon?

I have a lot of stuff that I'd like to use if I want to relax with AMS. (But, I do have rFactor1 working too).
