BTW, as you know, I own my own league and a number of my drivers Love open wheelers.
I could get some of them to join for tomorrow but will they be approved in time? I can only get them to sign up to RD tonight. I can organize about 5 or 6.

Everyone is welcome to RD, so long as they race cleanly :-D I can't say for sure if they'll be licensed in time or not; another staff member deals with the licenses. Of course there are 3 GSC events every week, so even if they don't get it in time (which they might) there's always more races.

couple of question about formula 3 cars, maybe you know:
1) What kinda gearbox? Sequential? Semi auto? Manual? Should I use the H shifter for this(authenticity)?
2) Should I be using the clutch at all (including heel-and-toe)?

Pretty sure these are sequential (paddle shifters)

South American Formula 3 (Dallara F309) in real life:
Gearbox - Hewland - 6 speeds / sequential (Lever). Uses a device (usually the left paddle behind the wheel) that is responsible for cutting the engine when changing gears without the driver needs to slow down (technology called Power Shift and is only used in the reductions - Unfortunately GSC does not simulate this).

Using "Power Shift", it is not necessary to use the clutch to shift gears. As GSC does not simulate this, use the clutch or "Punta-Taco" technique is personal.
