Automobilista to Feature McLaren Cars?

Yet another tasty surprise from AMS.

It looks like Reiza still has an ace or two up its sleeves, because something came up with the last update, something very interesting indeed. As the screenshot shows, it seems like there is a folder laying around in the 'Vehicles' directory of Automobilista, clearly labelled "Mclaren"!

Right now, there is not much else to say rather than this is very exciting news since Reiza did mention a partnership with a British manufacturer in the past, for a DLC that still hasn't happened. Is this the proof we needed that the DLC is actually coming and that it will feature McLaren cars?
Renato Simioni's reaction seems to prove it, or is at least a nice wink in that direction.

only that its in development (according to reiza latest report its firmly set to release in 2019 but keep in mind that the same report says abut september release for reiza rf2 dlc, so dont hold your breath)

No, as you already know.

It's pretty sure that when there is something worth announcing, we will hear about it here. In the meantime, all the work still being done on AMS (and the rF2 pack) contributes to the next title in some manner. No effort or time is being wasted.

Please do some of the historic Can Am cars like the M6A, M6B, M8A, M8B, M8D or M8F.

Or better make a complete Can Am 1967 or 68 game, with all cars and tracks and physics and FFB like AMS.

Adjust how, for FFB output levels? Other than that, I can't imagine why. But, you really should give it try at any rate, it's a real gem of a title imo.

Lovely stuff - I hope AMS just turns into a sim which just keeps on going.

It's by far one of the best feeling Sims on the market and I would advise ANYONE on the market for a new sim to get this one asap.

Totally agree however sadly the masses focus on graphics more so than ffb and physics

It would be nice if any single one of them could explain why x is better, they offer nothiing

...............and physics coding and car physics are 2 different things

Physics are ingrained in each title like the flavour in coffee beans

AMS would be the go to, or nearly the go to, if they upgraded to 64 bit and was able to ditch the 4gb limit. Looks great, easy to edit, supports all controllers, looks good etc etc.

While i haven't been "Automobilisting" for at least 6 months (rF2 new stuff and Asseto Corsa plus sim racing sistem have been pulling me away from AMS) this in one of the best feeling sims for me, if not the top one. Very intertested to see wich Mclarens Reiza bring us for this great SIM!!!
