Basic patches for RT - all basic patches needed to run most of the mods in RT

For convenience - the basic set of patches to prepare a vanilla RT for modding:

• official Bugbear RT-patch v1.01 (sorry, only english/german)
• NoFileCheck-NoCD-EXE v1.01
• Controls fix for Vista & up (this fix requires VC++ 2015)
• alternative DirectInput-fix for Vista & up (basically registers the DLLs extracted from an XP-installation, no prerequisites)
• Widescreen-fix v1.1
• unlock-all-cheat
