Best app to create 3d tracks via google maps for asseto corsa?

I have been looking all over the place for an app which lets you create tracks easily through google maps. i've tried using blender but it's just too complicated and hard. i found 'race track builder' but it costs way too much money. i downloaded it for free on a site but i cant use it since i need to enter my credit card because google limits race track managers activity. and i dont want to do that because i dont know if what i downloaded is safe and secure. any suggestions for apps or what to do?

Introduce your credit card. Unless you make 200 tracks a month, google won+t charge you nothing. They will charge you depending of the data you use from that API. And for RTB is not a big amount
