Bottom left HUD info box.

Hey guys, I have a mate who can't get the little info box that pops up in the bottom left of the HUD to appear.
The one that gives info like when to begin formation lap, or you seat adjustments etc.

Any reason why that might be? has done a Steam integrity check but still nothing...
Any files we can delete to 'reset' the HUD?

Has your friend changed anything in their PLR file? I think this is controlled by the line

Message Center Detail=3

If you change it to 0, 1 or 2, I presume there will be less or no information shown.

Another possibility is an incorrect screen resolution - maybe the message is just off the bottom of the screen?

That did the trick, thank you. Taken me a while to respond because I was changing the wrong PLR file (in different folder) and it wasn't working. Once I remembered where my active files were kept, it fixed it right away.

For the record, mine was set to "0" for some reason.
