Of course mine is from University as well. You have a kinda bad ping 3ms vs 0 ms And upload. Yer download is a little bit faster 1MB/s (MegaByte)

I know download speed is for downloading and upload speed is for uploading ( I'm really smart ! )

But what is PING ? What is it for ?
