Broken CSP file

So uh I cant open the CSP file from the acstuff.ru/patch website in which it says damaged or unknown format below

Dunno what you've downloaded but this is NOT CSP!

Content Manger -> About&Updates -> Click the version you want to use

There is an official website to where u can download CSP externally and put into the content manager. Even that website shows up when you press "What is it?" when you havent downloaded CSP from the content manager. And if I do try to download CSP from the content manager an error shows up saying "Cant Load new version" and below it says "Make sure Internet-Connection works".

And the download from acsruff.ru/patch is named "lights-patch-v0.1.79.zip" and not 0.1.79.zip. So I still dont know what you've downloaded.

I just downloaded the lights-patch-v0.1.79.zip myself and it opens without problems.
