I have a problem. I do all the right things, though I never go out. I never seen the lines "line loop" .I use the zgui (1) and when I try to do the "s4_terrain", I get this error:

I get a problem creating the sons... And obviously as I am making rally stages in Flanders there are plenty of side roads...

After quite a lot more experimenting with the Zaxxon Method I now seem to be permanently stuck.

I can make it all the way to the step to add walls. That one quits with an error about accessing a Matrix out of bounds. Logical because the matrix is empty. Why is it empty? Because I only have this:

1 2 3 2 5235 0 8957 8956 14135
2 2 3 14129 13229 0 26496 20830 23850
3 2 3 23129 23134 0 24747 39784 20482
4 2 3 20547 27945 0 11278 22473 53072

in elements.txt in s7_walls.

From the code I can see that the 3rd or 4th column there should have values 111, 222 or 333. BEFORE accept_mesh my elements.txt file was a lot lot bigger as one would expect so I suspect something's going wrong with accept_mesh.

Has anyone had issues at that point before?? And more importantly how did it get fixed?

I had this problem as well up to just about 10 minutes ago. The cause of this is an incorrect version of GMSH that saves its meshes in not quite the same format. You need to get gmsh 2.4.2 and not the latest version.
