Is "everyday tablet" fast enough for rev needle all I care about, won't use for anything else

Thanks

Thank You, I had seen but got thrown by ............
..........buy separate "modules" to unlock full functionality

Does the mean unlock sims or widgets or ?

I can't find a thing about cost on the site or at Google ?

Can you tell me much it costs to unlock everything ?

Thanks again

To unlock everything (includes any future games it supports) it costs 13.99 euro's or you can purchase seperately, but i wouldn't do that to be honest, it's bought through the android app you install on your phone / tablet, and you can use it on as many devices as you want as long as those devices are also linked with your google play account. Thank you

Good price, when my tablet arrives I get Pro

P.S. Made boo boo getting 10"

I am not into phones or tablets what so ever and mistakenly associated my cheap mobile to 7" screen and thought "well that's too small ! "

Only this morning I realize my mobile is only 4" screen  ..............:roflmao:

7" would have been fine........doh

Durge, I'm doing similar tablet research. Except the primary use is competition data collection with video overlay (https://www.petreldata.com/). Maybe I'll have to test if Dashmeter, etc., will work for me.

Still waiting for mine, I did no research besides it was version 7
...said some sims may not work version 8 so I thought why bother extra risk
Probably could have done with 7/8" but they were all version 8 and dearer
I don't expect a Telstra one to be great but they give it with wifi contracts so it must
be half decent ( I brought unlocked no contracts )

https://www.telstra.com.au/tablets/tablets-on-a-plan/telstra-enhanced

As I said it has poor battery life at 4600 but not a issue again train travel is only a few hours
and my guess as a hud you run USB cable power ,so battery life is irrelevant to me

If video plays on it okay will be a minus bonus as would only use on trains with ATX a few times a month and I would not want wifi other places, spend enough time online as it is p

Still waiting for delivery, the stand came this morning and I thought wow that is a heavy tablet lol
It is huge stand but actually will work nice clamped to bottom of wheel base and kinda bent into shape, once bent it won't budge, i thought it would be sort of flimsy

2 questions please for Sim Dashboard

PCars 1 & 2 still have 1 blue question mark in each, I did in-game settings as required ?

GTL /GTR2 / rFactor do I need to use Steam versions or ?

Tablet stand I couldn't clamp to wheel frame and bend right, tried everything

Cup of coffee later I came up with this, not as neat as what I had envisaged
It is clamped on the thick edge of table, took heaps to bend it right and stay in shape
Should be able to adjust anyway which way

Wonder if something like this would have suited you better?
http://www.arkon.com/product/TAB806-ipad-wall-mount.html

I did try to find E but none in aussie I could find , Akron had no stock
Can't even find another company does similar ( most have clamp) and all are way dear

.... but like I said look at price $70 and no stock
https://arkon.com.au/catalog/produc...lti-angle-with-4-hole-drill-base/category/18/

One I got was $12.50 and is as solid as anything ;)
Just takes a while to bend to shape you want
I barely notice the coil

Been too sick, back, hernia to even use proper yet let alone set up sim and controls 100%

Tiny adjustments mean sliding out whole sim from desk and turning 90 degrees to work on
Look at dust, terrible here with no air cond. been so dry
