Camera Problem

Hello, I got this problem with my camera. It won't lock to the steering wheel, when going uphill or downhill it moves. Also it moves when I tilt or something like that. My steering wheel is at the center of monitor, but camera doesn't want to stay centered. Any solution for this problem?

Those are my view and NeckFX settings. I locked horizon, but nothing changes.

I normally use the f6 key for onboard camera, are they any better?

Looks for me like you should disable lock to horizon instead of having it activated!
Gforces are at 0% and locked, that's good. Would've been my second guess...
