Can exciters attached to a racing seat replace speakers?

Hi Folks. I am curious as to how a pair of exciters attached to a racing seat (near ear level) would sound as a speaker replacement. I can think of plenty of reasons why this will sound really bad, but I'm curious if anyone has actually tried it.

It will be at least a month until I can get my hands on some exciters (backordered), otherwise I'd just try it myself. If this is actually viable I'll order a few extra.

Thanks!

Yes, I had 2 Dayton Audio DAEX32EP-4 on the back of a bucket seat and sometimes I used them for audio when watching youtube videos. They didn't sound bad at all, not much bass but apart from that very usable for watching a video or two or even using them while driving.

Funny. It's the DAEX32EP-4 which I'm planning to buy. :)

I'm looking for something permanent for the rig. If exciters on the seat and near my ears are capable of sounding pleasing, I'll give it a try. If it's going to sound muddy I'll use them for tactile feedback only and begin shopping for speakers.
