F1 2016 Can it be modded ?

So i just saw the 60% discount from steam and i have the game on ps4.. but i'm considering buying it for 20 €. My main question is if you can mod the 2016 game as you could with older versions like 2013 or 2012 (ex. team liveries, team-driver performance, language edits, ai mods etc.)
