Can only use Contemt Manager to run AC.

My ac will no longer load and start using the original .exe. Any Ideas? Gets to the cars section and stops.

you need to use a launcher, the acs.exe on its own doesn't work. The launcher sets a control file up and starts the game.exe with it. Either the normal AssettoCorsa.exe or CM

that is completely false. I have gone thru steam, went to steam dpwnload, used the launcher , and it has always worked before. now ,no go.

That is the result of having too many car mods with too many skins. The original game manager has a hard limit where it hangs.

Delete some cars or skins if you want the original launcher back.

Your old thread from a week ago is still on the first page of the AC forums. Will this become a weekly series or at leats a trilogy? "Will Pawgy ever find an answer he's satisfied with? Will he finally delete a few of his mods so the old launcher will work again? Tune in again next sunday!"
