Cannot connect RD Servers and forums

Hello,

I open this thread because I have a big problem:

Since yesterday evening, I can not connect to the forum Racedepartment. I do not understand, all other forums or sites work well yet. Moreover, I could not drive the race of the Mini in Macau yesterday evening, because the servers RD had a ping of 5000, and I could not enter. I think these problems are bound, but I do not know how to solve the problem. Someone he already had the same problem? If yes, what should I do? This is an IP problem?
