Cannot Load Skins in PS3 games

I have just recently joined RACEDEPARTMENT and have never downloaded skins and helmets onto games before. I have a PS3 and have no idea of how to get a skin from the website and onto the game so i can use it in career mode etc. If anyone can explain the method of doing this to a dummy that would be very much appreciated!

Sorry, custom from the site will only work on the PC versions of games.
