F1 2011 Can't access Codemasters Forums - Oct 2011

I haven't been able to access the Codemasters Forums for over a week now; I know that they were scheduled to be down for a bit but assumed it would only be a few days. I have noted other people mentioning that they were able to post there just the other day, so I'm wondering if it's regional thing. I'm in Japan, but don't see why that would change anything.

My thoughts exactly! If the servers here are smoking from volume of traffic, I'm sure there's must have been 10x worse, or expected to be, so claim the forum is down for maintenance to hide poor performance would be very convenient!

I can't access their forums as well. Contacted my ISP and they say that their connection to the forum is fine. My friend who's using a different ISP can access the forums as well. Weird.

My ISP contacted me a few hours ago, turns out that Codemasters blocked a few IP pools from accessing their servers.

Yeah, after they were hacked, you get facebook. There's a link to the forum at the bottom of the FB page.

Reset the DNS Cache on your router by restarting it.
