can't buy ingame content...please help!

I have a lot of credit/money (eur) on my steam profile but as soon as I try to buy the content in R3E, it gives me waiting message that doesn't end...I have already linked my steam profile to the game..
how can I solve this??

ok, solved! I have bought a lot of content but 4 (BOUGHT) and payed) cars appear as CARS still TO BUY..... :-(
