Can't find Simbin Cars and Tracks

I was wondering if someone could help me, I can't find where all the Cars and Tracks are on my computer. With rFactor its very straight forward, they're in the gamedata folder. If someone could tell me where they are (on computer or on disc) as I want to change the GDB files for the Simbin tracks.
