DiRT Rally 2.0 Can't open DDS files from DiRT Rally 2.0

Hello,
after a long break I returned to creating liveries for DiRT Rally 2.0 but unexpectedly I have a problem with opening DDS files from this game. I don't know why, but when I try to open DDS file in Photoshop, I get the information - "Could not complete your request because of a problem with the file-format module interface".

I have tried various applications to convert DDS to JPG or PNG. Each time the operation failed.

I also tried online converters, but the result is the same.

I can't open. I can't convert. Absolutely nothing.

I am using Photoshop CS 6. And the program itself works fine, because I managed to create two liveries for Colin McRae DiRT. I also have the DDS plugin from nVidia installed.

I have no idea what the problem is.
I will be grateful for any help.

Intel Texture Works Plugin for DDS.

Try that.
