can't post to discord. why and how to fix?

We are currently discussing in which form we are going to relaunch Discord. The software at this state allows abuse from both and scammers and after reaching to Discord to address the issues they basically tell you they aren't going to fix it.

Without an excellent moderator team (which we don't have yet) we can't operate Discord the way it should.
