GT5 Cant race, Cant find car?

Hey guys theres a couple of events i cant race because i cant find the car, neither in used cars or online... what do you guys do when this happens? keep on until you find it?

yes, keep racing and checking the used garage. Or cycle through the license tests (without actually doing them), each time you skip to the next one it advances a "race day" in GT5 and 4 cars (I think) get refreshed in the used garage.

Also try the online dealership if you haven't already, don't know what event you need a car for, but there's often useful cars for some races,
such as the FGT, and usually a truck for the truck race, as well as something for the classics/nostalgic, although no truck this week it seems...
