Can't see Control Center in Simvibe

Sorry guys did not know where to post this. I just updated Simvibe and I now cannot get the Control Center to show up on my desktop. I have three monitors. My OS is Win 7. I used to bring up the CC in my left monitor. Now when I hit the CC button it shows it in the bottom desktop task bar, but if I click on it I don't get a window displaying the CC. So I can't change any settings. Its like the window is coming up somewhere outside of my desktops view. Should I reinstall?? I feel like I am missing something simple.

Reinstalled, but saved temp. files still no CC. Uninstalled again and deleted temp. files and settings. Reinstalled and all is good. I now just have to reset all my ca settings in every game.
