Hi everyone, I recently created a tool I think most sim racers would be very interested in.
Most of the guides I see for tuning suspensions, completely neglect dampers (even though you really have to treat the suspension and damper as one system) I think most ignore dampers because they can be more of an advanced topic. I created a tool that helps people visual the suspension damper response in both damper vs velocity, and the time domain.
It currently works for project cars 2 only, however if enough requests are made, I can make it for other games as long as there is a way for me to obtain the required inputs, as well as unsprung weights, damper and spring motion ratios.
Attached is the user manual, I think section 5 would be of use to anyone, and section 6 would be informational for people thinking about buying the tool.
