Car Texture Problem

Hi guys,

I'm having an issue loading some textures. I have had the problem with numerous mods which I know other people can run no problem.

For example, the Laguna Seca 1.2 by Com8 fails to load a global texture. Also, almost half of the cars from the GTPC Group C mod do not load their textures.

I'm not editing the mods or changing anything. What am I missing?
