CART 1999 mod issue

so I downloaded the CART 1999 mod file but I can’t get it to show up on the series select screen. I looked at the read me file and placed the files in both CART factor and ChampCar Challenge folders and it still won’t show up. Any ideas on how to make this work?

It’s a add on on CART extreme mod. But I can’t get cart extreme to work, I man I have the cart factor 1998 and the cart/champ car challenge 2000-04. But this add on requires CART extreme and that never shows up, I mean unless I have it and it’s under a different name?

CART extreme? That's for Stock Car Extreme.

I guess I was wrong about the cart extreme.....but it says for idt champcar challenge mod (2000-04 that I do have and works just fine) but is says season data folder but I just have the seasons folders for each season after I open the champ car folder....so where does the files go then?

Does anybody have this working on there computer? Maybe give me a tip on how to get this to play?
