How is weather randomly calculated when it is set to "changeable"?
Temperatures and rain chance are random in same way on every track? Maybe some tracks have more chances of rain and higher temperatures...
Some tracks have rainChance value in gbd file, but most of them do not...
I have not found any value about temperatures range
