F1 2016 change driver name

Hi Guys!
I`ll start to the point, i want to mod the driver name in localisation. but i don`t know how. Can you guys tell me how to do it ? I don`t wanna download the mod cuz i have my own opinion about the driver transfer. Thanks for the Help !
