Changing Sunrise/Sunset locations for rFactor tracks

I was wondering if there was a way to change the path of the sun and where on the horizon the sun sets in your rFactor track. A setting in the SCN maybe? I assumed the sun "tool" in bobs track builder did that but changing it seems to have no effect in rFactor, only within BTB. I need the sun (and therefore the lighting/shadows) to set on the horizon behind my bridge. Thanks for your time.
