Cockpits in V8 Supercars too Dark

Hi all, i noticed that the cockpits are very dark at times, especially when changing camera using F6 key. Also something isn't correct when trying different weather patterns. Ie its still way too dark when on maximum sun settings and no cloud.

Any ideas what to play with? I have sol, pure, csp latest and rain. The game is setup using instructions from Peter for pure etc.
