I'm not expert but I assume there are 2 possible explanations:
1) All Sector3 team gone to Ikea to buy furnitures for their new office
2) They're preparing the November update

Changelog:
- Cars now can fly as intended
- Added Aston Martin 007 racemode (we're still working to fix the caltrap bounce physics and heat seeking missle chasing people who accidentaly smoke around the track)
- Added time of day: Meteor Strikes Earth
- Added pit crew funky dance motion when you're in the lead
- Added new stop and go penality with windowcleaner beggars (last 1 full minute. No you can't run over them they're invulnerable)
- Added race strategy mode: car sabotage
- FFB fixed: now you must be able to pull up 400lbs to enjoy the ride
- Remaining 4.5 GB for 4k ultra detailed menu buttons (still some lag between menus)
